Tri Therapy, LLC is focused on providing therapy to teens, couples and families. We have expertise in these three populations and have successfully treated the following mental disorders:
Depression, Anxiety, Autism, Asperger's Disorder, Eating Disorder and Attachment Disorder, Bi-Polar and other psychosis, Schizophrenia, Grief and Loss, ADHD/ADD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Addictions, Abusive Situations, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
Counseling involves a collaborative relationship between the counselor and client in order to guide the client toward a greater understanding of themselves. The client and counselor work together to establish the client’s goals and explore how the client can gain greater control of his/her life.
An important aspect of the therapeutic relationship includes providing the client with an interpersonal experience that is different than other relationships in the client’s life. The idea is that, through this therapeutic relationship, the
client may learn more effective tools and ways of being that he/she may take into their daily life. The therapeutic relationship involves direct personal contact between the counselor and the client, mainly through talking during 55
minute sessions.
The intimate nature of these communications are confidential, unless the client is going to hurt themselves or another person.
We hope to see you again! Check back later for new updates to our website. There's much more to come!
